[Description]

Our Original Dashi is handcrafted with carefully selected ingredients including bonito, grilled flying fish, sardines, Rishiri kombu sourced from Japan.

To create a well-balanced stock, we use both thinly shaved bonito flakes and thick-shaved bonito. Thin flakes provide quick aroma while thick shavings add depth and lasting richness.

Our dashi makes it effortless to bring the deep umami flavor into any dish you create.

Available as packets for easy dashi stock or as a loose powder for direct use in any dish.

[Cooking Tips]

HOW TO USE DASHI PACKETS

• Make Dashi Stock
  1.  Place 1 packet (8 g) in 400–500ml water.
  2.  Bring to a gentle boil, then simmer for 4–6 minutes
  3.  Remove the packet. Add any condiments you like!
  
  
• Use as a Seasoning
  Tear open the packet and sprinkle over any dishes you like or add directly to soups for a richer flavor.

* Because our products are made with whole, natural ingredients, some particles or small bone fragments may not fully dissolve. If you prefer smoother texture, please remove any remaining bits or grind the powder finer.

Great with:

• Soup stock for  — Miso soup, hot pot, udon, ramen noodles (especially Shoyu and Shio-based). 
  

• Comfort foods — Okonomiyaki, stir-fried vegetables, tofu, noodles, rice or any dishes that needs an umami boost.

[How to Store]

• Before Opening
  Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat.
• After Opening
  We recommend resealing the bag tightly removing as much air as possible and store in the refrigerator.
• If a dashi packet is opened and not fully used
  Keep the remaining powder inside the packet. Place it in an airtight container or resealable bag and store in the refrigerator. For best quality, use within 2 weeks.

Additional Notes:

• For Loose Powder, always use a dry spoon to prevent moisture from entering the bag.
• Because we use natural ingredients, the aroma and flavor may gradually change after opening. If you notice any unusual odor, color, or taste, please discontinue use.
